During the Lenten season of 2011, we hosted a seminar on the creation of Pysanky. This Russian and Ukrainian art form of Easter Egg painting is loved by people of all backgrounds. We accomplish this by drawing and coloring raw eggs utilizing wax in a stylist and several colors.

Many people joined from several parishes to learn from Sonia Boyar, who has practiced the art for over 50 years. Some folks have returned from past programs and some tried it for the first time, but everyone had a great time!
